The
Embassy of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in Mexico City is pleased to
announce a vacancy for the position of Assistant of the Consular Section.
A.
Position
One (1) position: Assistant of the
Consular and administration section:
B.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and consular support to the
Consular Section.
- Assist with documentation, appointments, consular
inquiries, and public services.
- Draft, translate, and review documents in Arabic and
Spanish (Note verbal and official cables).
- Coordinate with visitors, applicants, and local
authorities and provide accurate information.
- Support the consular team in daily operations and
special assignments.
- Maintain proper records, confidentiality, and
professional workflow.
- Contribute to organizing consular-related activities,
visits, or events as required.
- Responsible for financial and administrative
operations.

Requirements
- Jordanian nationality (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
(International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, Law,
Languages, or related fields preferred).
- Fluent in Arabic and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proof of Spanish language proficiency, such as DELE, B1 or similar recognized tests.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in
administrative, consular, or customer-service work.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and
interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office
software.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain discretion,
and handle sensitive information professionally.
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and
adaptability.
- In good physical and mental health.
- Age between 25–40 (preferred).
- Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Salary
The salary will be commensurate with
