SECRETARY / ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
Job description
• Responsible for overall administrative, secretarial and receptionist duties.
Requirements
o Minimum diploma, higher education qualification is a plus
o Computer proficient i.e Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
o Well versed with secretarial / administrative task and financial / billing matter
o Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (both in speaking and writing) and proficient in Arabic is preferred
o Good command of Thai language is a plus (speaking and reading)
o 5 years' experience in administrative field (preferably with 2 years working experience in Embassy), with the ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
